[Rx2021] U-CARxE Leader Application

Hello,

This year we are implementing Underserved Clinics And Rx Experiences Leaders to help coordinate and manage the various underserved clinics the pharmacy school partners with each year.

Attached is an outline of the various clinics with information about who is eligible to apply and the application. Please refer to the Leader Positions document for information about if you are expected to be in Pittsburgh for the summer. If you are interested, please complete the application and email it to ucarxepitt at gmail.com<mailto:ucare.pitt at gmail.com>. Deadline for application is Monday, January 8th.

You will be notified via email by Monday, January 29th if you have been selected as an U-CARxE Leader. If selected, you will be expected to begin shadowing the current site mentor in the month of February. You will take over as the leader in May. Also, there is a mandatory training meeting on Wednesday, January 31st at noon.
