Dear Pharmacy Students-

The Western Pennsylvania Chapter of PSHP (WPSHP) is sponsoring its first annual poster and residency showcase on Wednesday, November 20 at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.  This event is free of charge regardless of PSHP or WPSHP membership.  The event will occur from 4-7 PM which will include two poster sessions (the first from 4-5 PM and the second from 5-6 PM) to allow for those who wish to present a poster to attend the residency showcase which will occur from 4-6 PM.  Following the residency showcase and poster presentations, WPSHP members will convene for a Chapter meeting from 6-7 PM.  Residents as well as students should feel free to attend this portion of the event as well especially if they have an interest in joining or becoming more involved in the organization.

Please note: for poster presentation portion, students are able to bring both completed, full size posters as well as small scale electronic or print copies.  We would encourage students and residents to use this session as an opportunity to receive feedback on their posters prior to the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting (and therefore be able to make changes to their work prior to final poster printing).

Programs participating in the residency showcase will be made available prior to the event.
