[Rx2021] Generation Rx Lecture Series Upcoming Event

Dear Faculty and Pharmacy Students:

Thursday September 28th at noon in room 402 GenerationRx will be having their first lecture this
semester on Naloxone Device Training. Nancy Caracciolo, RPh MBA who is the pharmacy manager from the Allegheny County Health Department will be coming to give the presentation. Topics which she will discuss will include: Scope of the epidemic nationally and locally, legislation and policy at the federal, state, and local levels, the evolution of the standing order, narcan/naloxone formulations and how to use them, and patient counseling tips.

The presentation will be highly interactive and open to questions throughout!
