The PERIS(tm) Help Desk function will integrate with Salesforce on Friday, May 19, 2023 to handle questions related to MyFunding. Continue to contact us at peristeam at pitt.edu<mailto:peristeam at pitt.edu>. Noticeable changes for users will include the following:
Change No. 1
Your email inquiry will be assigned a Pitt case number and our response will now come from 'PERIS (TM) Help Desk' (see Figure 1).

Change No. 2
You will receive an email with an optional survey when the case is closed (see Figures 2 and 3).
