[PERIS-Listserv] REMINDER: Access Requests in MyFunding

As a reminder, when an individual needs added to MyFunding or requires a different level of MyFunding access, contact the PERISTM Team at peristeam at pitt.edu<mailto:peristeam at pitt.edu> with the request.
Please note: The email request should be from the head research administrator (i.e., department administrator) and include the following information:

  1.  Individual's name
  2.  Individual's Pitt User ID
  3.  Department(s) number
  4.  Level of access (edit rights <https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/glossary-of-terms/#e> or read-only rights<https://electronicresearch.pitt.edu/glossary-of-terms/#r>) for funding proposals, awards, or both
Providing these details in the email will ensure that the individual has correct access in MyFunding (see Figure 1).
