Registrants will also have a access to session recordings after the convention. The virtual convention website will become available in late October.

Register by October 7
Regular registration ends on  October 7, after which the registration fees will be higher. You must be registered in order to access the virtual platform, which will become available in late October. We also ask that you consider donating ASEEES so that we can offer more waivers to support graduate students and scholars in need to participate in the convention.

Volunteer to be a Session Manager (Zoom host)
In order to make sure that the sessions proceed smoothly, we want to make sure that each session has a designated Session Manager (Zoom host) who will handle the technical issues. We are asking those who are comfortable with Zoom to consider volunteering. For those who are willing to volunteer for multiple sessions, there may be modest compensation. We will provide training.
