2020 ASEEES Virtual Convention, November 5-8 & 14-15

The 2020 Virtual Convention features over 500 sessions and a film series. The Virtual Convention website (using the Open Water platform) will become available in late October. All registrants will then be able to log into the site using their email address (the same email address used as the login ID for the ASEEES Members site). Once logged in, they will be able to peruse the convention program, create their own schedule of session, see the list of exhibitors, and so on.
Sessions will be presented over a Zoom, using ASEEES' Zoom licenses. Only registered attendees will have access to the session Zoom links after they log into the Convention website.  We will provide more instructions and training on the logistics of the sessions.  The training webinar on session logistics is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 12-1pm ET. We will email We will send out an email with the Zoom link to the training webinar. The training webinar will be recorded for later viewing. All those who will serve as Session Managers (Zoom hosts) must attend the webinar or watch the training video.

A Few More Volunteers Needed to Serve as a Session Manager (Zoom host)
In order to make sure that the sessions proceed smoothly, we want to make sure that each session has a designated Session Manager (Zoom host) who will handle the technical issues. We are asking for a few more volunteers TODAY to serve in this capacity. Those who are willing to volunteer for 15 or more sessions will receive a modest compensation.
