With over 600 sessions and 2300+ expected participants, the 2015 Convention promises to be one of our largest conventions.  You can still make plans to attend and register<http://www.aseees.org/convention/registration> on site at the convention.



If you have any panel changes that need to be noted in the program supplemental, please notify Wendy Walker, convention coordinator, by no later than Nov. 6 at wwalker at pitt.edu<mailto:wwalker at pitt.edu>



We have 350+ first-time attendees, whose name badge will include a green ribbon.   We ask our regular attendees to extend hospitality and assistance to those wearing the green ribbons.  We all remember how overwhelming the convention was the first time we attended.



The annual meeting of ASEEES members is on Fri, Nov. 20, 5:45 – 6:45 pm, ET (Grand Ballroom Salon E). If you are a member, please consider attending.  ASEEES officers will present reports on the state of the Association.

·         The first session of the Convention starts at 1:00pm on Thurs, Nov. 19.  The registration opens at 9:00am on Thursday (5th floor).

·         We organized two Presidential Plenaries this year – one related to the convention theme “Fact, Fiction, Fabrication” on Friday at noon and another on Ukraine on Saturday at noon.
