*         If you plan to attend the ASEEES Convention in San Antonio and have not booked your hotel room yet, please reserve your room by Oct. 29 to receive the discounted rate: https://www.aseees.org/convention/hotel   This page also has information on directions to the hotel, transportation from the airport and the link to the San Antonio visitors bureau.

you can still sign up for the upcoming ASEEES webinar on networking on Wed, Oct. 29, 2pm ET .  Sponsored by AWSS, this webinar will explore various kinds of networking available to scholars, including social media, professional organizations, and person-to-person contacts. The participants will address such questions as: Which kinds of networking are most useful, and for what purposes? How can junior scholars take advantage of networking opportunities to advance their research and scholarship? Which of the many available social media are particularly useful to scholars?
