Ground Transportation

  *   The hotel is about 8 miles from the airport and does NOT provide shuttle service to and from the airport, but recommends Airport Express - (210) 281-9900; fee: 18 USD (one way), reservation required; or taxi - estimated fare: 22 USD  (one way)​.

Convention Info

  *   The Convention begins Thur, Nov. 20, 1:00 pm CST.
  *   The registration/badge pick-up desk opens on Thur, Nov. 20, 9:00 am (third floor).
  *   The exhibit hall opens on Thur, Nov. 20, 4:00 pm CST (Grand Ballroom E&F, third floor).
  *   The opening reception/exhibit hall tour is on Thur, Nov. 20, 6:30-8:00 pm CST.
  *   The annual meeting of ASEEES members is on Fri, Nov. 21, 5:45 – 6:15 pm, CST (Grand Ballroom G, third floor).  If you are a member, we would appreciate your attendance.  ASEEES officers will present reports on the state of the Association.
