The last day to pre-register for the Convention is Oct. 17:  http://www.aseees.org/convention/registration  You can still purchase tickets<http://www.aseees.org/convention/registration#buffet> for the Saturday Evening Awards Buffet; tickets for this event are $45 each ($20 for students).
HOTEL RESERVATIONS

AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT
ASEEES will provide an LCD projector set-up with speakers in each meeting room for panels and roundtables. You will be required to bring any other equipment, i.e., your own laptop (and necessary cables for Mac laptops), to make your presentation. There is NO internet access in the meeting rooms.
