ASEEES PRIZES
We are still accepting nominations for our various recognition awards and book prizes.  More information, eligibility requirements, nomination instructions and deadlines for each prize can be found here:  http://www.aseees.org/prizes.html
Of particular importance, given its Sunday deadline, is the Tucker Cohen prize for outstanding doctoral dissertation.  This prize has an application deadline of April 15, 2012.  http://www.aseees.org/prizes/tuckercohenprize.html
Likewise, the deadline for the Davis Travel Grant, which supports graduate student attendance at the 2012 ASEEES conference, is April 15, 2012.  http://www.aseees.org/convention/davisgrant.html


2012 CONVENTION, New Orleans
Registration for the 2012 ASEEES Annual Convention at the New Orleans Marriott, Nov. 15-18, is open - http://www.aseees.org/convention/registration.html

Proposal acceptance notification has been sent to the panel/roundtable organizers with instructions to notify all participants.  Please contact your panel/roundtable organizer for more information.

For Graduate Students: We have a VERY LIMITED number of graduate student rooms at a special rate of $99 per night (single or double) plus tax.  Interested graduate students should email a copy of their student ID to Wendy Walker (wwalker at pitt.edu<mailto:wwalker at pitt.edu>). Wendy will give them a special code to make their reservations.  If you need a student room, please book as soon as possible. We will sell out of these very quickly.
