Dear colleagues,

Applications for the national ELAM and ELH programs for women open Sept 1.  These are excellent, competitive programs for women aspiring to leadership positions in academic medicine and/or clinical leadership.  Applicants must have been at or above the associate professor level (without prefix) for at least two years.

Interested women should carefully review the goals of the program and the application process, get assurance of support from their chair or division chief,  and submit a CV and letter of interest (LOI) to our local committee indicating their interest and leadership goals by Sept 15, 2024. Selection of  to allow finalists to complete their applications

By Sept 27, the local committee will select a maximum of 2 applicants for each program for final submission to the national program's deadline of October 31.
