As all of you may know, I've been teaching Negotiation 101 at the AAMC MidWIMS course for the last several years. We won this award, and will be holding two courses - one for practicing female physicians, and one for female trainees.  If you can please get the word out to your faculty and trainees who may be interested in participating in one of these courses (for free!) and a project to evaluate both the impact of negotiation training and how we deliver this content in a virtual platform, we would really appreciate it!
