The application process has opened for the CVS Health Clinical Quality Evolution Fellowship!   I would like to solicit your help in getting the information out to your Class of 2021 student pharmacists so that they are able to take advantage of this unique experience if they have an interest in Post-Graduate Training.

The Clinical Quality Evolution Fellowship, based in Woonsocket, RI, provides a year-long experience for two pharmacists, exploring retail pharmacy as it relates to professional practice standards from a corporate perspective. Our fellows interact with numerous corporate teams and projects resulting in a deep understanding of CVS Health’s distinct integrated model. The program itself is designed to cultivate future CVS Health leaders – each fellow will gain an understanding of the competencies and behaviors of successful leaders through their integration in various teams and their agendas.

Fellows can expect to be involved in the provision of clinical decision support services, operationalizing internal and external standards, evaluating systems and workflows for quality and safety opportunities, supporting the field through management of controlled substances allowing for a broader network of safer communities, while also monitoring and influencing prescribing patterns throughout the country.

Candidate Requirements, include but are not limited to:
