standards from a corporate perspective. Our fellows interact with numerous corporate teams and projects resulting in a deep understanding of CVS Health’s distinct integrated model. The program itself is designed to cultivate future CVS Health leaders – each
fellow will gain an understanding of the competencies and behaviors of successful leaders through their integration in various teams and their agendas.
