[Rx2021] Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices in COVID19

Dear Student Pharmacists:
We are seeking your help in a study regarding student perceptions and attitudes of COVID-19. This is a multi-institution study assessing student perspectives across many schools of pharmacy.  The primary investigator is Dr. Alina Cernasev, PhD at the University of Tennessee School of Pharmacy. This study aims to better understand the level of need, challenges, and opportunities that student pharmacists face in enhancing their attitudes and clinical knowledge regarding COVID-19.

You are invited to participate in a study assessing Knowledge, Attitudes, and Practices in COVID19: a 10-minute anonymous survey about your perceptions and attitudes about COVID-19 Your participation is voluntary and confidential. You may choose to withdraw from this study at any time without any consequences. All responses from this study will be collected and presented in aggregate. This study has been approved by the University of Pittsburgh's IRB (STUDY20090154). You may contact the PittPharmacy study investigator Dr. Lauren Jonkman at ljf1 at pitt.edu with any questions.
