Hello P3s!

The following IHS sites have offered availability for APPE rotations. If you are interested in a rotation at one of these sites, please reply to this e-mail to me, Prof. Skledar, and Ms. Schmotzer, stating your first and second choices for sites and rotation blocks by Wednesday, September 18th. If you prefer to go to a site with a particular classmate, please note that as well, although we cannot guarantee that this request can be fulfilled. If more students request a site than there are openings, we will use a random selection process to choose who will get the spots (we'll pull names from a hat). All of these sites are in E*Value and many have websites through the Public Health Service if you want to research them.

Gallup Indian Medical Center - Gallup, NM
                Block 9 - Ambulatory Care - 2 students

Klamath Tribal Health - Chiloquin, OR
Every block - Ambulatory Care - 1 student each block

The following sites have not determined their availability yet and will notify us when it is known: SE Alaska Regional Health (Mt. Edgecumbe Hospital0, Fort Thompson, and Chinle. We will notify you if availability occurs at these sites.
