[Rx2021] PPA Annual Conference September 20th-22nd

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Please find below very important information regarding PPA’s Annual Conference in Seven Springs, PA!


1. Hotel
PPA has blocked off hotel rooms at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort:

-Rooms must be booked by Friday, September 6th to receive the discounted rate

2.Travel
-Vans were not feasible due to the switching of rental vendors, they would cost over $1000
-Please sign up for a car on the google sheet

3.Hotel and Carpool Sign up Sheet
-Please fill out this sheet, even if you are just attending the residency showcase on Saturday (really any amount of time at the conference)
-I want to have an idea of all Pitt Students who will be in attendance!

-Please fill this out with your phone number and an emergency contact number just in case we want to communicate during the conference (like going out together to an event) and just to be safe in the case of an emergency!
