Phi Lambda Sigma, or PLS, is the national pharmacy leadership society that P1s-P3s can apply to join. Our mission is to support pharmacy leadership commitment by recognizing leaders and fostering leadership development. The application requires two short essay questions, CV/resume, and sponsorship by a current PLS member. Following the written portion, applicants will go through a brief in-person interview in the spring semester. We strongly recommend everyone to apply!
