[Rx2021] White Coat Fittings

Hello Everyone,


Below is some important information regarding fittings for your white coats, it is necessary to read all of the details carefully!


You are to be fitted for your white coat at The University Store on 4000 Fifth Avenue beginning Wednesday, November 1. The fall store hours are:

Monday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 4:00pm



Please ask for Anna Martz for assistance. Inform sales associates that you are from the School of Pharmacy here for your lab coat fitting for the White Coat Ceremony. They will have the list of P1 student names.



·        Choose style – women’s XS to men’s 3XL

§  I encourage students to try on different sizes and remember you will be wearing them for the next four years. Sleeve length needs to be longer rather than shorter. Extra-length sleeves are available upon request.

·        Check your name carefully on the list and verify spelling of your name (no nicknames and ONLY pre-approved name edits are permitted)

·        Initial next to your name

·        No alterations of any kind are covered by the School and need to be made AFTER the ceremony

·        Firm deadline for fittings and ordering coats: Wednesday, November 8
