[PERIS-Listserv] New Data Field Added in MyRA for Subaward Request (SWD)

A new data field has been added in MyRA for outgoing subaward requests (SWD) to align with federal subaward reporting requirements<https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-2/subtitle-A/chapter-I/part-170>.

In the “SWD Sponsor, Project and Scope of Work” SmartForm (Figure 1), answering “Yes” to the question “Is this FFATA Reportable?” will now result in a required follow-up field named “Subaward Description” (Figure 2).
Information entered into the Subaward Description field will be reported and publicly available<https://sam.gov/fsrs> on SAM.gov. Help text is available within the form to provide additional guidance for this field (Figure 3).
