[FW] [FYI] testing sending directly to ipad/shared mrtechs at mrctr.upmc.edu inbox

The last "P3 okay" shim message was a test of sending both to this mailing list and mrtechs at mrctr.upmc.edu.
And it look like it worked!

Though it has an apparent 3 minute delay

2:38    - flywheel job run
2:39:19 - mailing list sent out the notifcation email
2:52:16 - mrctr.upmc.edu received

We'll integarte this into the actual notifiation system.
If all goes well, the mailing list can be reconfigured to not send to those who see the message on the ipad (messages will always be aviable in the list archive<https://list.pitt.edu/pipermail/flywheelgearlist/>)
