REGISTRATION

For other attendees, pre-registration ends on Nov 5.  After Nov 5 you can still register on-site at the convention but at a higher rate.
HOTEL/TRAVEL INFO
NOTE: The ASEEES convention hotel - the Boston Marriott Copley Place - has not been affected by the current strike at the Sheraton and Westin in Boston.  Marriott and Sheraton merged last year, but the current negotiations are for employees of the Sheraton chain. The staff at the Marriott Copley Place is NOT on strike, and there is no picket line at the convention hotel.  ASEEES is using all the leverage the organization has to pressure Marriott's corporate office to settle contract negotiations quickly and will keep members informed of any developments.

Once rooms are sold out at the contracted rate, some rooms will be available at higher rates. AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT
ASEEES will provide a digital projector set-up with speakers or a Plasma TV in every meeting room for panels and roundtables. You will be required to bring your own laptop (and necessary cables for Mac laptops) to make your presentation. There is NO internet access in the meeting rooms (there will be wifi in the exhibit hall and certain designated areas).
