[ASEEES] Please ignore the erroneous e-mail about ASEEES membership renewal for the convention

Dear ASEEES members:

Those of you who just received an e-mail about renewing your membership for the 2016 convention, please ignore the email.  We keep the convention data in a different database from our membership database, and it appears that we had a problem with the data synch.

After we check the data, we will re-send the membership notifications only to those who are indeed missing membership.

We sincerely apologize for this error and for causing such confusion and aggravation.
