[ASEEES] Renew your ASEEES membership; Announcing reduced membership offer for scholars in E Europe/Eurasia

Dear ASEEES Members,

It was wonderful to see many of you at the 2012 Convention in New Orleans.  As the current year is coming to an end, please consider renewing your ASEEES membership for 2013.

NEW: REDUCED MEMBERSHIP DUES FOR PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF EASTERN EUROPE/EURASIA:
As part of our continuous efforts to internationalize ASEEES further,  the Board has decided to offer reduced membership dues for the scholars and full-time students in Eastern Europe and Eurasia who permanently reside in the region.  More information can be found at: http://www.aseees.org/membership/membershipindividual.html#region   Please share with your colleagues in the region.  This membership offer cannot be purchased online; they must use the form available on the membership webpage.

RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

If you have not already done so, please renew your ASEEES membership for 2013 - http://www.aseees.org/membership/membershipindividual.html   We ask that you renew by February 1 to guarantee receipt of all issues of our publications for 2013 and to maintain your profile in our online members directory.  If you are head of an institution in our field, please consider joining ASEEES as an institutional member or renewing your membership - http://www.aseees.org/membership/membershipinstitutional.html



NEW: MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONVENTION
All session organizers and individual paper submitters in the U.S. or abroad must be current members of ASEEES in order to submit a proposal for the 2013 Convention. All participants who are in Slavic, East European and Eurasian studies in the U.S. or abroad must be ASEEES members by the time of proposal acceptance.
