* The Registration desk opens at 9:00am and the Exhibit Hall with 60 booths opens at 4:00pm on Thur, Nov.17.

2012 New Orleans Convention Call for Proposals
The 2012 Annual Convention will be held in New Orleans, LA, Nov.15-18. The theme is "Boundary, Barrier and Border Crossing."<http://www.aseees.org/convention/cfp2012.html#theme>

Please note that we have the option of individual paper submissions in 2012, although we strongly encourage panel/roundtable proposals. The deadline for the paper submissions is Dec. 16, 2011. The deadline for panel/roundtable/meeting proposals is January 15, 2012.
We are in the process of moving to a new online convention management system. This site will be up in November. We will send out a separate announcement about this with instructions when ready.
