process. As stated above, due to high demand, <b>we are unable to accept registrants outside of the program’s target audience - women physicians and scientists with an appointment at an AAMC member school of medicine, with a minimum of two years of experience
(<i>Dec. 2021</i>) as an Associate Professor. Applicants must currently be in the process of seeking promotion and advancement opportunities.</b> Applicants should also have demonstrated leadership ability that may include formal administrative, organizational
(local or national), or other types of informal leadership roles.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
