<p class="MsoNormal">My husband and I are looking for a family interested in a nanny share. We have a truly wonderful nanny who looks after our 21 month-old for ~40h/week in our home and would like to find a like-minded family with a child (or children) of
similar age to give our child more socialization time.<o:p></o:p></p>

sick days, paid vacation, pay all applicable taxes, and would expect the other family to do the same. We have done a nanny share in the past and found it to be a wonderful experience.<o:p></o:p></p>
