The Michigan Theater is hosting a film that may be of interest to some of you:  Picture a Scientist.  According to the film's official website,   Picture a Scientist "chronicles the groundswell of researchers who are writing a new chapter for women scientists.  Biologist Nancy Hopkins, chemist Raychelle Burks, and geologist Jane Willenbring lead views on a journey deep into their own experiences in the sciences, ranging from brutal harassment to years of subtle slights."

The film is available to view for $6.99 through the Michigan Theater's website from 6/12 to 6/26. The Michigan Theater is also hosting a Zoom Q&A with director Sharon Shattuck (a U-M alum) and on-screen subject Dr. Jane Willenbring on Wednesday, June 24 at 7 PM.
