[Shirley Malcom, PhD]Shirley Malcom, PhD – Dr. Malcom, head of the Education and Human Resources Program at AAAS, is a trustee of Caltech, a regent of Morgan State University and a former member of the National Science Board, the policymaking body of the National Science Foundation. Dr. Malcom also served on President Clinton's Committee of Advisors on Science and Technology. She serves on the boards of various nonprofits and holds 16 honorary degrees.

[Celeste Rohlfing, PhD]Celeste Rohlfing, PhD – Dr. Rohlfing joined AAAS as chief operating officer in 2015. Previously, she served as the deputy assistant director at the National Science Foundation for the Directorate of Mathematical and Physical Sciences. Dr. Rohlfing also served as assistant director of physical sciences at President Obama's White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and worked at both Sandia and Los Alamos national laboratories.
