A big shout out to Sarah Gaffen for recommending this recent Nature Immunology article on gender imbalance to F1000 and for graciously including a reference to the recent JAMA study on a similar topic by Pitt trainees. I hope this spurs more of you to review recent speaker lists in your depts./divisions and suggest some recommendations!
