The Mid-Career Women Faculty Professional Development Seminar is an engaging and comprehensive program designed for women physicians and scientists at the associate professor level* and holding leadership positions within their discipline, and considering leadership positions within their discipline, department, or institution.*Assistant and Full Professors will be considered based on experience.

This three and a half-day program provides an introduction to the knowledge and skills needed to support progress along the path to leadership in academic medicine.  The program consists of general sessions and concurrent workshops on various leadership topics, including:

  *   Conflict Management and Negotiation

  *   Interpersonal Communication

  *   Wellness and Resilience

  *   Strategic Planning for your Next Career Move

  *   Finances and business acumen

  *   Breakout workshops on skills and information needed for your particular faculty track

CME credit is available for eligible participants.
