Applications are now open for the AAMC Early Career Women Faculty Professional Development Seminar scheduled for July 12-15, 2014. This program is designed for women physicians and PhD scientists at the assistant professor or instructor level. To encourage faculty in the Department of Medicine to take advantage of this opportunity, the Chair's Office will provide up to $200 to subsidize the cost of attending the meeting. This will be part of the normal travel and business expense reimbursement and will be subject to all the applicable policies and procedures. PLEASE NOTE, THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF SUBSIDIES WHICH WILL BE PROVIDED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. Supplementary funds have also been provided in previous years by the Office of Faculty Affairs, as well as by the applicant's primary division.
