[Womeninmedicine] Women Don't Ask

Hi,
It's not "Perhaps" women don't bargin as well as men, it's true. Two
wonderful books about this are "Women Don't Ask; Negotiation and the
Gender Divide" and Ask for It" both by Linda Babcock and Sara
Laschever. See their website http://www.womendontask.com/. I heard
a talk by Sara Laschever at the 2011 ASBMR annual meeting and it was
a real eye-opener!
