RE: Non-Tenure Committee Nominations
We are requesting nomination of faculty members who would be willing to be placed on the ballot for election to the Standing Committee for Non-Tenured Faculty Promotions and Appointments (NTFPA). The NTFPA Committee reviews all recommendations for non-tenured appointments and promotions at the ranks of associate professor, professor, research associate professor, and research professor.
To be eligible for nomination, faculty members must hold the rank of associate professor or professor in either basic science or clinical departments. Eligible nominees will be placed on the ballot for election to a three year term beginning September 1, 2011.
Please submit your nomination(s) to Theresa Ratti via return e-mail, theresa at medschool.pitt.edu<mailto:theresa at medschool.pitt.edu> no later than Friday, June 17, 2011. Thank you for your participation in this important process.
