We are seeking a Chair, Internal Medicine for Crozer-Chester Medical Center,
part of the award winning integrated delivery system Crozer-Keystone Health,
located just outside of Philadelphia, PA. This 371 bed not-for-profit
teaching hospital admits more than 22K patients, delivers 2K babies and
treats greater than 53K ED visits per year.
The Chair of Internal Medicine is responsible for administrative and fiscal
operations of the department, including allocation of resources and the
development and management of clinical programs. Providing strong
leadership, expanding the department¹s clinical and residency programs and
promoting quality of care will be key aspects of the position.
Qualifications for this position:
· MD/DO Board Certified in Internal Medicine with an unrestrictive
license.
· Strong leadership and team building skills and able to
develop/advance a superior clinical service.
· Builds solid collaborative relationships both internally and
externally.
· Communicates well to a wide range of audiences.
· Strategic with ability to prioritize and allocate organizational
resources; time, costs, human and technical resources to achieve objectives.
