<div>PittPharmacy is generously looking into providing financial support to students who wish to attend ASHP Midyear 2020. Dean Kroboth would like an estimate of the number of students who might be eligible for reimbursement.

<b><font color="#a64d79">To be eligible for reimbursement, you must be a Pitt SSHP dues-paying member and be presenting a poster at the conference.</font></b> If this applies to you and you would like to be considered for reimbursement, please fill out this

 form so that SSHP can submit an appropriate headcount to the Dean. <b><font color="#a64d79">Please submit this form by Sunday 9/27 at 11:59pm</font></b>. Once the Dean has provided more information about reimbursement, we will be in touch with those who completed
