<p class="MsoNormal">Our Connections4Health program at the Birmingham Clinic is now taking volunteer applications for the Spring semester! We would appreciate it if you would forward to your student groups/lists, etc.!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The C4H program is a group of volunteer students who work one-on-one with patients or individuals from the community to address their social service needs. This is a VERY hands-on and transformative volunteer opportunity which allows students
the chance to work closely with people in need and help to empower them and guide them in getting all different kinds of help to improve their health status or overall well-being. Students can really make a difference!<o:p></o:p></p>
