<p class="MsoListParagraph">Although Pennsylvania (PA) has temporarily waived the hours reporting requirements until Jan 2020, this is
<u>not</u> a permanent waiver, and <u>not</u> all states in the US have waived this. To be sure you have proper documentation of internship hours worked for your eventual pharmacist licensure, please make sure you have a pharmacist preceptor registered with
you for your work internship (PA, or your home state), and send those hours into the PA State Board (or your home state board) regularly. We recommend that you do this at the end of each summer. If you need to change/add on a work preceptor, and/or report
your intern hours, a “how to” guide has been created to step you through the PA process, called “FAQ for Pharmacy Intern Hours Reporting and Adding/Changing Preceptors.” It is posted to the Home Page of eValue, under Forms and Reference Tools on the right-hand
