The Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Science (BSPS) degree option is available to P2 students after successful completion of the Spring 2019 term. The BSPS guidelines are attached and it is
<b>EXTREMELY IMPORTANT</b> that you read the guidelines. If you are interested in receiving the BSPS, please submit the attached Graduation Application (pages 2 & 3) to me by
<b>Friday, December 7, 2018 in 229 Salk Hall. When completing the graduation application, please remember to include IF you qualify for a minor, double major or certificate.
</b>Please follow the directions on the application and <b><u>do not use all capital letters</u>
</b>when completing the application. <o:p></o:p></p>
