<p>The Jewish Healthcare Foundation, together with Health Careers Futures, is accepting applications for the
<strong>2018 Jonas Salk Health Activist Fellowship</strong> — an incubator for emerging health activists. If you or someone you know is a graduate or undergraduate student, or employee in a health-related discipline, please complete the online application at
<a href="http://www.hcfutures.org/fellowships/salk">www.hcfutures.org/fellowships/salk</a> no later than Friday, September 7.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>This is a unique opportunity to learn the skills and methods how to shape strategies to advocate effectively around a health issue about which you are passionate. At the conclusion of the Fellowship, you will have the opportunity to pitch your idea at the
Health Activist Expo.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>The Fellowship sessions take place on Tuesdays from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm (dinner included) at the QI2T Center (650 Smithfield St., Suite 2600, Pittsburgh, PA, 15222), and select locations in the Pittsburgh community.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>The 2018 Jonas Salk Health Activist Fellowships runs from September 25 – November 29.<o:p></o:p></p>
