<span style="color:black">Reminder that on Thursday, April 26<sup>th</sup>, you will complete the Readiness Assessment. The Readiness Assessment is a knowledge and skills assessment administered to all P1 and P3 classes in the PharmD curriculum. During
this assessment, you will be asked to rotate through 5 stations, including a station for an electronic health record (EHR) review, multiple choice questions, virtual patient scenarios, mannequin model/standardized colleague interaction, and a standardized
patient experience. The assessment will take 30 minutes to complete and will be held at the WISER center. This assessment
</span>is <u>not</u> something that you will be required to study for. We ask that you simply show up and participate as you feel comfortable. This assessment is meant for you to begin to practice the roles and responsibilities of an independent patient care
provider. <o:p></o:p></p>

<b><u><span style="color:black">WISER:</span></u></b><span style="color:black"> Contained in the file attached to this email are directions for creating your personal WISER account. Creation of this account must be completed by Friday,
<span style="background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow">April 20th.</span> An individualized arrival time for the Readiness Assessment will be provided for each student. This time will be a 40-minute assignment within the hours of 8:00am-2:30pm. The WISER center
