Build Support for Vaccine Allocation Congressional Sign-On Letter!

On the heels of a recent NACDS RxIMPACT campaign to increase vaccine allocation, momentum continues with a new congressional sign-on letter! NACDS RxIMPACT needs your help today telling Democratic members of Congress to urge the White House COVID-19 response team to swiftly increase the COVID-19 vaccine allocation to pharmacies - so constituents can set appointments in these highly trusted and convenient healthcare destinations!

As you know, retail pharmacy has risen to the moment in the COVID-19 national response, showcasing its dedication to testing and vaccinations.  Fully leveraging retail pharmacies - where 90 percent of Americans live within 5 miles of a store - can accelerate vaccinations, especially in rural communities and in racial and ethnic populations severely affected by healthcare disparities. Community pharmacies have the capability to administer 100 million vaccine doses in 30 days, assuming vaccine supply is in place and patient demand is strong.
