Hello P4s,

If you are interested and able to participate, a PGY2 Ambulatory Care/Academia Resident in Kansas City is completing her residency project, which is a national survey of graduating students regarding leadership experiences throughout pharmacy school. Pharmacy schools across the country are participating in this. Your participation is completely voluntary. See below for the link to the survey, if you would like to participate.

Thank you,

Prof. Skledar

________________________________
Greetings,

My name is Emily Lammers and your institution has agreed to forward this invitation for you to participate in my research project. My research project is titled “Future Leaders in Pharmacy (FLIP): Student Perceptions of Leadership Development within Pharmacy School.” I am conducting this research as part of my PGY2 Ambulatory Care and Academia residency. The reason behind this project is that leadership development has recently been added as an area of emphasis in the accreditation standards for pharmacy schools. Therefore, pharmacy students, such as yourself, have had exposure to leadership development in your respective program. However, it is largely unknown how pharmacy students respond to these opportunities. This project looks to explore student perceptions of their leadership development throughout pharmacy school and their preparedness to take on their first role after graduation.

I am providing you with the Qualtrics link to the survey and asking that you consider participating in this research. If you are interested, please click the link below. The survey will be open until April 16th, 2021.
