Last year we launched the NCPA Innovation Center/CPESN Community Pharmacy Fellowship program<https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fncpa.org%2Ffellowship&data=04%7C01%7Crx2021%40list.pitt.edu%7C9f720e0429be4a88069f08d94b9b8014%7C9ef9f489e0a04eeb87cc3a526112fd0d%7C1%7C0%7C637623953497719898%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=0GM3ctq7bLobguZGTjKWqv2pQyDrR%2F30jHNo7QzDoMQ%3D&reserved=0> at NCPA and are getting ready to graduate our first class of fellows. This is a practice-based fellowship program where the curriculum reinforces the tenants of CPESN and Flip the Pharmacy. All licensed pharmacists practicing at a CPESN pharmacy are eligible and the timeline is Sept-Aug. Fellows join a virtual classroom with the top practitioners serve as faculty to provide backstage tours of their pharmacies and how they create financially sustainable clinical services in the community pharmacy setting. There are two great sites in Pennsylvania that are looking to hire a pharmacist for the fellowship position at their pharmacies. Both locations are accepting applications through July 26 so this is a quick turnaround.
