[Rx2021] PPA Midyear Interest Form

Coming up on February 24th-28th, PPA will be hosting its annual Midyear Conference. This year, the event is being held virtually, but will still contain exciting and engaging activities such as the OTC Student Competition, student poster presentations, and more. Students can choose to attend sessions during the days/times that work best for them. If you have any interest at all in attending the PPA Midyear Conference, please take a moment to complete a short survey at the link below (even if you have already submitted your reimbursement forms):

**ALL student attendees will be reimbursed for attending the event. If you are not a PPA member, you will be responsible for the cost difference (so it is encouraged to become a member - you can join anytime!)**
