[Rx2021] Save the Dates! Rho Chi Blood Drives

Hello everyone!

We are excited to announce the final blood drives of the semester. If you have not had the opportunity to donate, we have several more dates coming up! The following blood drives will occur on the following dates listed below. The flyers have also been attached for your convenience.

September
Wednesday, September 30th 9am-2pm

October
Friday, October 16th 9am-2pm
Thursday, October 22nd 9am-2pm

November
Monday, November 2nd 9am-2pm
Friday, November 13th 9am-2pm

We will continue working with Vitalant, who are very thankful for PittPharmacy’s strong involvement. As of the second blood drive that took place on September 22, 84 donations have been collected. This will help over 250 local hospital patients. Thank you to all who have donated!

Once again, Vitalant is following all CDC and State protocol for all donations: masks must be worn, temperatures are taken, sanitizing stations are present, and social distancing of 6 feet is enforced. All blood donations are tested for COVID-19 antibodies, and results will be sent to the donor within a week. If any of you are interested, please utilize the flyers to register in advance.
