Hi everyone,

Hope that you are having a great semester so far. Please come to SNPhA's first GBM to learn about our organization! Our organization is an educational service association of pharmacy students who are concerned about the profession of pharmacy, healthcare issues, and the poor minority representation in these areas. We organize programs and events to improve the health, educational, and social environment of underserved communities.

Our initiative chairs (Operation Immunization, Legislative and Membership, Chronic Kidney Disease, Fighting Diabetes, Power to End Stroke, Remember the Ribbon (HIV/AIDS), and Mental Health) coordinate different events throughout the semester such as guest speakers, awareness walks, trainings, and more.

We will be providing more information about our organization and different events that our initiative chairs have planned for the semester. Any information on events that are planned before our first GBM will be provided via email! I have included a document to this email explaining how to do this. The deadline isn't until November 1st so if you are unsure about joining our organization, please come to our first GBM! The pharmacy student membership for SNPhA is $35 for the entire year. We encourage you to join our organization since it is a great way to develop leadership and professional skills along with meeting students in other classes.
