Hi everyone,

Pitt SNPhA's is starting our monthly book discussion to discuss racial inequality and equity. The book we will be reading is Medical Apartheid by Harriet A. Washington. Our first monthly book discussion event is next Thursday October 22nd at 6:30PM via Zoom. We will be discussing the first two chapters of Medical Apartheid, so be sure to read these chapters before the meeting. Medical Apartheid is available via Pitt for free (with limited access - there is a limit on number of people who can access the book at one time). You do not have to be a SNPhA member to participate and we encourage everyone to join us.

We are going to be providing the eBook to the first 15 SNPhA members who sign up for free (national membership via snpha.org).
